Some of the behavioral issues affecting our pets include:
Cognitive Dysfunction in aging pets
Feline Inappropriate Urination/Defication
Puppy and Kitten Development
If you feel your pet could benefit from this service, please contact us. Before we can begin the process of addressing your pet's behavioral problem, you will need to complete a behavior consultation questionnaire. Forms are available at the office or online (www.AmherstVetS.com) under the "New Patient Center" section. We need to receive the completed questionnaire at least 4 days prior to your appointment. You can bring the form in, fax it (434-929-2416) or send via email (BLuzaich@AmhersrVetS.com).
While we are able to help you with most behavioral problems, there remain some issues where referral to a board certified veterinary behavioral specialist may be required.
